No accounts, no forms that store data, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts. We handle as little personal information as a website can.
Who is responsible
Nimbleford runs nimbleford.com and is the controller of the small amount of personal data described here. Contact: wayfinders@nimbleford.com.
Emails you send
We receive your email address and message and use them only to reply, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you. Conversations are deleted once finished, unless a correction request needs to stay on file.
Server logs
Our hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site secure and working. These logs are not used to profile anyone and are deleted on a short rolling cycle.
On your device
We set no tracking or advertising cookies. Closing the cookie note stores one local preference in your browser. The camp timer, the route filter and the trail check run only in your open tab and store nothing.
Sharing
We never sell, rent or trade personal information. We disclose it only where the law requires us to.
Official game sites
Official-site buttons open pages run by other companies. Their own privacy notices apply once you leave us.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Children
The site is for a general audience and does not knowingly collect information from children. A parent or carer can ask us to delete any message a child has sent.
